    For one weekend only a high school in Medina, New York is transformed by over 50 artists into an art installation hub.

    My entry is Shade Garden.....made from woven plastic bags on reused lamp shades.

    This was from 2016 but it was my favorite art thing that happened that year. I've admired Debi's work since I first saw it at Starlight Studio and Gallery in Buffalo, NY probably around 2013 or so. I think of Debi as my sister-in-craft!

  • Craft Art Field Day at Buffalo Arts Studio

    My exhibit Craft Art Field Day at Buffalo Arts Studio is on view until Nov. 7. The exhibit highlights work from the last two years and includes both collaborative and individual pieces.

    A piece of mine is included in a special art auction to benefit Hallwalls Contemporary Center and PUSH Buffalo. The auction takes place on Oct 11 at Charles Banks Gallery in NYC. Check out Buffalo on the Bowery for more information and to view the works by Artists with ties to Buffalo, NY.

  • Women Artist in WNY!

    I have a piece included the exhibit "Women Artists in Western New York: Selections from the Gerald Mead Collection" at the Nichols School Gallery. The show runs from August 29 - November 7, 2011

  • Art in the Craft Media exhibit at the Burchfield Penney Art Center

    I just found out my piece ASTRO DOT NET was selected by juror John McCoy for the Art in the Craft Media exhibit! The show opens October 15th, 2011. This exhibit has long been one of my favorites in the Buffalo (NY) area, but this first time my work has been included.

  • Ani Hoover and Felice Koenig at Indigo Art Gallery

    Felice and I will be exhibiting new work in a two person exhibit at Indigo Art Gallery in Buffalo, NY. The opening reception will be on Sept. 2 and will correspond w/ Allentowns First Friday Gallery Walk.

  • Stone Canoe at XL Projects in Syracuse, NY

    My piece "West Red" was selected for publication in the arts journal Stone Canoe. An exhibit of works included in the journal is on display now at XL Projects in Syracuse till Feb. 20, 2011.

  • Re-VISION @ the American University Museum

    Two of my pieces from UP DOWN AROUND will be featured in Re-VISION at the American University Museum in Washington DC. Check their website for more information!

  • Sol LeWitt Wall Drawing at the Albright Knox Art Gallery!

    This August and Sept. Hoover will be part of 15 person team creating a Sol LeWitt wall drawing in Buffalo! Here's the link to the Albright-Knox's information about the drawing AKAG Sol LeWitt.
